Paishun Drive actively embraces Industry 4.0 and deploys IoT sensors, intelligent monitoring systems, and MES production execution systems in production workshops to achieve real-time collection, analysis, and traceability of production data. Through a digital management platform, real-time monitoring of the operating status, production capacity progress, and product quality of each production line can be achieved, and production bottlenecks can be identified and resolved in a timely manner. The defect rate in the production process is controlled below 0.3%. In the testing process, high-precision equipment such as laser interferometers, high and low temperature environment simulation boxes, and life testing machines are introduced to establish a multi-dimensional testing system covering electrical performance, mechanical performance, environmental adaptability, reliability, etc., ensuring that every factory product meets high standard requirements.
